We had two transactions with American Title over the past three months. Several complications arose - an error in existence of an association, a lien on our property in another person's name, title held in trust etc. All were handled quickly and efficiently by the American Title staff members. All staff members were patient and responsive. Highly recommend!

Jolyn and the entire staff provided excellent service since the first meeting. There were insurance issues the mortgage underwriters were completely unable to resolve. Jolyn to the rescue. She resolved them in one day!

Three different settlement statements. The final statement was different than the one we signed. Error made on property taxes which was not there on the one we signed. Now they still havent completed the transfer on the HOA ownership and its been just short of a month. And I can get no answers on status. If I were looking for this service, Id look elsewhere.
